In addition to providing comprehensive claims management solutions, Vision is a key player in progressing the credit hire industry.

 

 

We were one of the founder members of The Credit Hire Organisation (CHO) (the only trade body in the credit hire industry) and as such, we’ve been influential in its development.

In 2000, we became one of the first companies to achieve working protocol agreements with all the major insurance companies including: Admiral, Churchill, Direct Line, E-Sure, Aviva, Privilege, Zurich and many more. This agreement, in partnership with The Association of British Insurers (ABI), enables us to provide our services and benefits to all our customers under a pre-agreed and approved framework, including the actual cost of the replacement vehicle supplied.

 

We also have a strong involvement with the ABI GTA (General Terms Agreement) Joint Technical Committee, which promotes closer working relationships between credit hire and insurance companies.

 

Additionally, Vision, part of the Markerstudy Group, are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).
