Meet the Vision team

Vision was jointly founded by Martin Wills and Tony Copeland in 1995, when the credit hire industry was in its infancy.

The company was acquired by Markerstudy Group in December 2012 and continues today to help many thousands of customers unfortunate enough to have been involved in a non-fault accident.

As co-founder of Vision and its Managing Director, Martin is responsible for the continued development of Vision as the preferred choice to the customer for ’non-fault’ claims management, credit hire and intervention hire services.

Martin also oversees the daily running of the operations teams which comprises our UK-wide logistics and claims departments. Whilst his focus is to provide a first class service to our customers and trade partners, Martin never loses sight of maintaining Vision as an enviable company to work for. This ethos has given Vision a strong employee retention rate, created many internal career development opportunities and helped the company achieve to achieve its ‘Investors in People - Gold’ accreditation.
